This private apartment with swimming pool
is set in a tranquil wooded valley in the heart of Gascony, surrounded by
fields of Sunflowers and the Pine Forests of Les Landes and only five
minutes from the local Golf Course and two minutes from an international
quality Equestrian Center. Two hours from the Pyrenees and slightly longer
to the Atlantic Coast and the border with Spain.

The accommodation is beautifully furnished
with quality fittings, more a lush hotel suite than a holiday apartment.
You can choose to eat your meals on your private balcony or at the pool,
that is if you can resist the pull of the fantastic valued local
restaurants. You can choose to have a fun packed week or a total relaxing
stay sipping your wine bought from the local Buzet Cave. Try out the local
delicacies from one of the many nearby morning markets. Whatever you
choose we can assure you of a very pleasant stay.
On the first floor is a large open plan
room with elevated bedroom area with a double bed, lower level lounge with
bed settee. There is a DVD-Player/monitor/TV in the lounge area so you can
watch your favourite films, listen to music, or just watch UK Freeview.
The en-suite bathroom has a large corner shower, washbasin and
toilet. Entrance leading onto a private wooden balcony, which
overlooks the garden and long distance views.
On the ground floor is a kitchen area with
four ringed gas cooker with oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker
and washing machine. Barbecue facilities are also available.
Set in large, private garden with swimming pool 10x5
meters. This is the sole rental apartment on this property.
Bed linen and towels are provided, but you must
bring your own towels for use at the Pool.
The English owners who have lived in France for a number of years can
also offer assistance and information for anyone wanting to buy a
property in the area.
Sorry no pets. Available between 30th
April and 28th October. Bookings are Saturday to Saturday in July and
August, but flexible the rest of the year.
